Job Description:

Join our cutting-edge R&D team as a Robotics Engineer, where you will design, develop, and integrate advanced robotics solutions across various applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in mechanical, electrical, and software engineering to create intelligent systems that maximize precision, efficiency, and safety. From concept to deployment, you will be responsible for prototyping, testing, and refining robotic platforms, ensuring seamless integration of sensors, actuators, and control algorithms. This role offers the opportunity to push the boundaries of innovation, tackling complex challenges and translating emerging technologies into practical, high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, software) to develop and refine robotic hardware and software systems
- Design and implement advanced algorithms for motion planning, perception, and control
- Integrate sensors, actuators, and control systems, ensuring seamless hardware-software synergy
- Conduct simulations, testing, and validation of robotic prototypes to guarantee performance, reliability, and safety
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges across both hardware and software components
- Document progress, produce technical design reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Stay informed of emerging technologies and incorporate them into ongoing projects to drive continuous innovation
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Skills on Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and Python for embedded systems and algorithm development
- Experience with robotics frameworks (e.g., ROS) and relevant software tools (e.g., Gazebo, OpenCV)
- Strong understanding of control systems, motion planning, sensor fusion, and kinematics
- Familiarity with CAD tools for mechanical design and rapid prototyping
- Knowledge of electronics, PCB design, and embedded hardware integration
- Proven ability to work on complex, interdisciplinary projects with tight deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities for cross-team collaboration
