Responsibilities:
- Conduct cutting-edge research to develop and optimize machine learning models and algorithms
- Design and oversee experimental frameworks to validate new AI methods and approaches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research insights into production-ready applications
- Stay informed of advancements in the field by reviewing academic publications, attending conferences, and evaluating emerging tools and technologies
- Document research findings, write technical reports, and present key results to internal stakeholders and external audiences
- Publish original research in high-impact journals and/or at leading AI conferences
- Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for AI research and development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Skill in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop)
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art deep learning architectures and natural language processing techniques
- Hands-on experience with modern machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or other relevant languages
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences
